In 2014 the Vice President for Research initiated a MnDRIVE Transdisciplinary Research Program, intended to push the boundaries of collaboration at the University and to advance research capacity. Of 61 proposals the OVPR received, twelve were funded to address big questions in bioremediation, wearable technologies, monitoring disease outbreaks, and in brain conditions. Herein is an update on the progress of the twelve transdisciplinary projects.
